Refund policy


As we are not a large company, we unfortunately do not have commercial agreements with shipping companies and are subject to the pricing conditions of private individuals. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns, except in case of error on our part.

For all returns, please contact us via the contact form within 14 days of receiving your purchase. In the case of a non-tracked shipment, this period will begin on the 7th day following the date of shipment of your purchase by us.

After this period, we will not be obliged to accept your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
*Gift cards
*Downloadable software/digital works
*Damaged items

Once your return request is accepted, we will email you the instructions. Please do not return your purchase until we confirm.

IMPORTANT: We are based in the UK. Please take this into consideration when considering a return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only full-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.   If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the contact form.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to your home, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Return instructions will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable and therefore remain your responsibility.

The shipping time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

We recommend that you return your items via tracked shipping. Otherwise, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
